Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and update IT equipment and applications

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or operations (fresh graduates with strong skills may also apply)

• Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems

• Understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls)

• Problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
